These paintings are about the forest walks and all the metaphorical layers they carry. From the furthest tree canopy, to the understory of shrubs, young trees and vines, to the forest floor... not forgetting the 'giant' of soil. A forest can live for thousands of years whilst we have three score years and ten (Psalm 90 v.10). Majestic beauty enfolds.
